Soon she was appointed as the head of the women’s wing of the Karni Sena, a right-wing organization of the Kashtriya community. In 2019, Rivaba Jadeja joined the Bhartiya Janta Party as a party worker in Gujarat in the presence of Minister of State for Agriculture RC Faldu and MP Poonam Madam.

In 2018, Rivaba Jadeja courted controversy when she sued a police officer for assaulting her in Jamnagar city. However, a police official in the FIR said that Rivaba rammed his car into his bike outside the city police headquarters. He also accused Rivaba of driving rashly. The policeman was later arrested and released on bail. His lawyer noted in the courtroom that the accused was “interrogated incorrectly”.
