Supriya Shrinate was born on Thursday, 27 October 1977 (age 46; as of 2023) in Mahrajganj, Uttar Pradesh. She completed her schooling at Loreto Convent in Lucknow in 1996. He graduated in Political Science, History and Economics from Lucknow University in 1999. In 2001, she completed her MA in History from Lady Sri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.

Supriya started her career at Indian news channel India Today as a special correspondent in October 2001, where she read and edited news stories for three years until September 2004. He joined NDTV news channel as an assistant editor in October 2004. He worked there for four years in news reporting, editing, Times economics editor, The Times script, etc. dia Group, New Delhi, September 2008. During his ten years at Economic Times Now, he served as Executive Editor and Policy Editor.
