In 2010, Rupali founded Reel and Weave, a clothing retail company in Birmingham, United Kingdom, with her first husband, and on 6 October 2014, the company was registered as a limited company. However, the company was dissolved on November 8, 2016. After returning to India from England, he started the handmade clothing company NAMEG Store in Kolkata.
