Kiran Navgire has represented Maharashtra Women, Nagaland Women, IPL Velocity and India C Women at domestic level. In 2016, Navgire played in a university match held at Azam Sports Academy, Pune; He met Gulzar Sheikh who later became his coach. The Sheikh and the president of the Azam Sports Academy visited him after the match and learned that he lacked professional training and came from humble origins; Both of them were impressed with his talent and offered him the opportunity to train at the academy for free.
