After that, he moved to India and completed the rest of his schooling at FIJ Junior College in Narayanguda, Hyderabad. He took coaching for four years at Fiitjee Coaching Center in Hyderabad, India to get into IIT. In 2018, he came to Mumbai to pursue a diploma in acting.

- In 2018, Shine Pandey decided to enter the world of acting. For this he came to Mumbai and joined an acting school called Anupam Kher. After joining the acting classes, he learned many new things and that’s when a new chapter of his life began. He completed his acting degree in 2018.

- Before playing the role of an IITian in the web series UP65, he was preparing to get admission in a real-life IIT. He trained for almost four years by coaching at the Fiitjee Coaching Center in Hyderabad, India. Unfortunately, he could not clear the exam as his JEE score was more than 5 lakhs.
- According to Shine, his real-life hostel life helped him land the role of Nishant Kumar in the web series UP65, where he is seen playing an IITian.
