Career
In January 2005, he began working as a social commentator and contributor to the BBC Radio Asian Network in London, UK. He worked there for more than two years. In 2006 she was appointed as a board member of the Medway Human Rights and Equality Council in Kent, UK. There he worked for the welfare of human rights. In 2008, she worked as an EP assistant with a start-up field producer, Reel Life Film, in London and Mumbai. In December 2008, he joined media house Magicworks Inc Entertainment Pvt Ltd as Partner – Head of Business Development. While working there, he commissioned several television series such as ‘Humara Haq’ on DD National, a documentary ‘Street Food’ and a series ‘Historic Hotels in India’. He also led the agency work of his company’s clients Imagination, Ford India and Sahara. In December 2009, he joined the film production house “Pivotal Movies” as a producer. While working there, he launched the Hindi version of the popular Italian serial ‘Sandokan’ in India. He also worked as a music producer for the series. In September 2015, Parveen co-founded the film production house Bedination with her husband Kabir Bedi. He also worked as a film producer with Minnow Films. In 2018, Parveen joined the film production house Laughing Tiger Ltd as a producer and director. He then produced the international non-fiction show ‘Vegan Earth’ and the American documentary ‘Bear Witness’. From September 2018 to November 2020, he was appointed Vice President of Content Flow Studios, a content creation company. In September 2020, he launched a media company, Creative Nation, in Mumbai. In 2021, he worked as a creative producer for the web series Sabka Sai, which aired on MX Player. Parveen has written articles for various magazines and publishing houses. Allegations of illegal seizure of property
In 2017, Suchitra Krishnamoorthy (ex-wife of Indian filmmaker Shekhar Kapur) accused Parveen of witchcraft on Shekhar. In an interview, he said that Kabir and Parveen were trying to seize their property illegally. suchitra said
They live in an apartment which is legally transferred to my daughter Kaveri. Kabir and Parveen do not vacate the apartment. 2 years have already passed. And they don’t pay a single penny as tribute.”
However, when Kabir Bedi was asked about the matter, he denied all such claims. Earlier, Kabir and Parveen had a property dispute with Kabir’s daughter Pooja Bedi.
