In 2015, Niranjana Anoop started her acting career in the Malayalam film Loham. This movie is directed by Rangit Balakrishnan, a veteran Indian filmmaker. He played the role of an evil young man in this film. Some of his other Malayalam movies are ‘Puthan Panam’ (2017), ‘Goodalochana’ (2017), ‘C/O Saira Banu’ (2017), ‘Ira’ (2018), ‘Kala Viplavam Pranayam’ (2018), ‘B. Tech’ (2018), ‘Chathur Mukham’ (2021).
Her upcoming films include King Fish, The Secret of Women, Bermuda, Thrayam and Joy Full Enjoy.

Niranjana Anoop started learning dance during her school days. Performed at various school functions and cultural programs. He began to identify the quality of sound in his mother’s choreography. Niranjana enjoyed choreographing beats the most. He choreographed and directed the dance drama Govinda Madhava (2018). In his incarnation of Krishna he quoted:
At first I did not have Krishna in my mind. I thought of portraying a particular form of Devi, but then I felt that I could not live up to that image at this age.”

- Niranjana Anup once said in an interview that the film “Loham” will always be special to him as it marks his journey in Indian Malayalam cinema. She said,
I was never nervous, instead I had excitement in my mind. It was a memorable experience sharing screen space with Mohanlal.
- He said that he felt lucky to have worked with eminent artists like ‘Mohanlal’, ‘Mammootty’ and ‘Manju Warrier’.
- Niranjana mentioned in an interview that she is passionate about dancing. He has been learning Kuchipudi dance since childhood. She said,
I don’t participate in competitions, but I participate in cultural programs.”
- Niranjana is a close friend of Indian film director Ranjith Balakrishnan. She said,
When Ranjith uncle heard that I am interested in acting, he gave me an opportunity to act in his film.”
