Nupur Nagar was born in 1991 (age 30; as of 2021) in Ganga Nagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. Initially, he lived in Meerut, but after his father joined the police, his family moved from Meerut to Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He studied engineering at CET IILM AHL in Greater Noida (2010-2014 batch). After completing his studies, he started working as an engineer in an MNC in Greater Noida. In 2017, she hit the headlines after Bhuvneshwar revealed her relationship with him on Instagram and the couple tied the knot later that year.
