Kalpana is born on January 22, 2001 in Sheohar district of Bihar. She is a 17-year-old student from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Sheohar (Bihar). She had a dream of developing a career in the medical field, so she started preparing for the Medical Entrance Examination (NEET) in 2016, after her class 10 exam. She carefully studied the NCERT books along with the training material and also sat for numerous mock tests. Finally, her hard work paid off and she passed the test with 99.99% points.

After this success, he wishes to enter and study at AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in New Delhi. For this, she has already sat for the AIIMS entrance exams, the results of which will probably be announced on June 18, 2018. The second admission priority of hers is ‘Maulana Azad Medical College’ in Delhi.
She wants to do MBBS and MD. After completing her study, her goal is to help poor and needy people by treating them for free.
Family and Caste
Kalpana belongs to a Brahmin family in a Sheohar district of Bihar. Her father, Rakesh Mishra, is a teacher at the ‘District Educational Training Institute’ in Sitamarhi, and her mother, Mamta Kumari, is also a recognized teacher at the ‘Government High School for Girls’ in Sheohar. She has an older sister Bharti (an engineer), and an older brother Pranay Pratap who is a B.Tech student at IIT, Guwahati. Her parents and family members gave Kalpana a lot of moral support for her study and now they feel proud after her success.

Career
During her 10th standard, Kalpana decided to prepare for the National Income Eligibility Test (NEET) and then for regular classes; she joined the ‘Akash Institute’ in New Delhi (India). In 2018, she appeared in the medical entrance examination and emerged first in the entire country with 99.99% marks.

Kalpana also scored well on her 12 exams. She scored 171 points in Physics (out of 180), 160 points in Chemistry (out of 180), and a perfect 360 points in Biology (out of 360).
