Danny Escrine died on April 29, 2023 at 12:01 am at the age of 28. He met with a terrible accident on the evening of April 28, 2023, when he was returning from shopping. He was driving a car when he was hit from the side by a drunk driver, after which his skull was crushed after hitting the airbag. He was immediately admitted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, where doctors declared him brain dead at 12:01 a.m. on April 29, 2023.
