Later, Pathak sent a message to Maddock Films when the film was announced. In an interview, he talked about it and said:
We are now in discussions with my team. We sent them a notice when we bought the rights in early 2019 because even their announcement was around the same time. I gave them all the documents because their movie sounded. They told me, except that the character is bald, there is nothing like it, and I bought their words. But now it seems that is not the case. The dialogues, the situation, everything is similar and even people caught it.”
