Suchitra Nair was born on Tuesday 28 May 1996 (age 28 years; as of 2022) in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. His zodiac sign is Gemini. He did his schooling at St.Mary’s Increased High School, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He later completed his higher studies at Mar Ivanio College, Trivandrum. In an interview, Suchitra revealed that she was passionate about acting since childhood. She said,
I have always loved acting. I asked a family friend of mine who was in the TV industry at the age of 6 and he let me do a little video. Later, when directors approached me to play the role of a goddess on screen, my parents could not stop me, even if they did not support me in my acting career.”

In an episode of Bigg boss 4 (Malayalam), the actor opened up about his relationship and the ugly breakup that followed. She said,
In the first days of his acting career, he contacted me and expressed his love. He even shared my desire to get married with my parents. Finally I fell in love too. It was really a wonderful time. Once I shared my desire to go for a ride and he took me to Kollam on his bike. From there we watched the movie “Ennu Ninte Moitheen”

She underwent professional training in Mohiniyattam for nine years, which enabled her to play the role of Goddess Durga in the Malayalam serial Krishana Kripa Sagaram, which aired on Amrita TV. I am blessed to be blessed with so much love for my character. They hate Padmini for torturing Anu but shower so much love on me, the secret to the on screen chemistry between Mohan and Padmini is the camaraderie we share off screen. Whenever the director says ‘action’, Sai says, ‘Let’s fight.’ And soon after the end of the shot, we start shaking each other’s legs.”
However, it was not so easy for her to go from the calmness of a goddess to the viciousness of a vamp. In an interview, she revealed the struggle behind switching between the extremes of emotion, saying:
There is nothing more to do when playing the role of a goddess. Appearance is important. When he started acting in Vanambadi, he initially went up to 25. I was terrified of Dev for the first two or three schedules. When you look at her, when she asks me to look, the director says: “The goddess goddess is coming, who has slowly changed now.”
During the series finale, she confirmed that she was taking a break from acting to focus on her dance lessons. In an interview he said,
