Muhammad Azim is an Indian actor, presenter and VJ who mainly appears in Tamil television shows. He is well known for his role as Arjun in the television show Pagal Nilavu on Star Vijay (May 2016). In October 2022, Azim participated in the Tamil version of the reality television show Bigg Boss season 6 on Star Vijay, which he won in January 2023.

During his college days, Azim worked as a radio jockey at Radio One, an Indian commercial radio network. In 2008, before pursuing his acting career, Azim started working as a video jockey (VJ) for a television show on Zee Tamil. In 2010, after two years at Zee Tamil, he moved to Moon TV as a TV show producer-host. In 2012, Azim appeared as a TV show host on Sun TV.

- In October 2020, it was speculated that Azim would enter the reality show Big Boss Tamil Season 4 as a wild card contestant who already had his rumored girlfriend Shivani Narayanan in the house from the start. However, he could not make it to the show as he was quarantined for a few days due to unknown reasons. She shared the news with her fans via her Instagram story, which read:
Guys, I am not doing Bigg Boss 4 because of pressure and problems…that’s all I can say right now. I apologize for the disappointment to my beloved fans and friends, to whom I owe a great debt. Thank you for all the love and support you have shown me.”
- In July 2021, a 26-year-old woman from Usilampatti in Tamil Nadu was duped to the tune of Rs 2.56 lakh by a fraudster who contacted the victim through a Facebook friend request named Muhammad Azim. The victim was happy to receive a friend request from the beloved actor. After a few days of conversation, the man started asking the woman for money due to his urgent need. The woman regularly sent a certain amount of money without crossing the identity of the man.
