Hema Sharma aka Hem Lata was born on December 20 in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. He got admission in Tejpal Singh Tyagi Kushal Pal Singh Tyagi Memorial College, Uttar Pradesh, to study BA, but had to drop out due to financial crisis and his father’s ill health. He wanted to become a choreographer and studied Kathak for six years. She is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer. He has also completed a six-month diploma course in Kathak. She also did an air hostess course from the Frankfin Air Hostess Training Institute. She moved to Delhi to pursue her choreography career. Work as a receptionist
Before entering the world of entertainment, she worked as a receptionist for INR 800 per month at a hospital called Narayan (now Jagat Hospital) in Meerut.

In June 2023, actress Hema Sharma gave an interview in which she shared an incident from the sets of Dabangg 3, which was shot in 2019. He was a big fan of actor Salman Khan and was very happy to know that he might be sharing the screen with the actor in the film. However, due to last minute changes, the scene was shot with Salman Khan. She was unhappy with the changes and approached several people to help her meet Salman Khan once and help her take a picture with him. Later, she met Pandit Janardhan who promised to fulfill her wish. Pandit Janardhan has also appeared in several seasons of the Indian reality show Bigg Boss as a celebrity astrologer and face reader. Both Hema and Pandit Janardhan tried to meet Salman Khan, but she says she was humiliated and mistreated by the actor’s security. Not only that, but the security officers forcibly took him and Pandit Janardhan away. They even threatened to ban Pandit Janardhan from entering. Hema Sharma was treated so badly that she said she was thrown out like a dog in front of a 100-strong unit. The unit included several individuals known to Hema, adding to the humiliation. Although Salman Khan was not present at the incident, he was there. According to Hema, Salman Khan could have intervened and handled the situation well, but he did not bother to intervene. This made Hema more angry and she vowed to herself that she would never meet Salman Khan in her life. The incident left Hema in pain and unable to sleep for almost 10 days.
