On 4 December 2022, Hardek Joshi married Akshaya Deodhar, a Marathi actress. Hardik met Akshaya on the sets of Marathi TV show Tujyat Jeev Rangala (2016); In the TV show, they were filmed opposite each other. In an interview with Mediahouse, Hardek talked about his relationship with Akshaya and said:
I have known Akshaya for about 5 years. We met on the show Tujyat Jeev Rangala and became good friends. He became my great friend, but the thought of marriage did not cross my mind. It was my mother who asked me to propose the idea of marriage to Akshaya. He told me, now you have been at home for a while to think about marriage. He even said that it is the right time to get married, otherwise you will be busy with other projects. But for my mother’s love I spoke to Akshaya and told him that my mother wants us to get married. In 2008, Hardek Joshi made his television debut in the Marathi show Raja Shivchhatrapati, in which he played the role of Kartalab Khan. Later, she appeared in many Marathi TV shows like Radha Hi Bawari (2011), Durva (2013) and Asmita (2014). In 2016, he appeared in the Zee Marathi show Tujhyat Jeev Rangala, in which he played the role of Rana. In 2021, he appeared in the television show Tuzya Mazya Sansarala Ani Kay Hava, in which he played the role of Siddharth Deshmukh. In an interview, Hardik talked about his role in the TV show and said:
There is definitely some pressure. The audience still knows me as Ran and calls me by the same name. So I try to be known as Siddharth too. For this, I pay a lot of attention to body language, appearance and talking about the role. Rana was very emotional and Siddharth is very practical, so I am giving my 100 percent in the opposite game. I am sure the audience will fall in love with Siddharth as much as Rana.

- In 2021, Hardek Joshi launched his venture ‘Kolhapur Badam Thandai’ which is a cold drink and a brand shaker. He shared a video on Instagram where he talks about his new/new venture. In the video he said,
