Career
In May 2017, he started working as a research intern at an NGO called Chirag Foundation in Mumbai. After working there for about four months, he joined IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited, Mumbai as a project trainee. Almost four months later, he started working as a cyber security intern at Lucideus, a private firm in New Delhi. At the same time, he worked as a staff writer for The Daily Californian. In 2019, he joined Accenture as a software engineer intern in Mumbai. Three months later, he worked as a lecturer for EE16A: Design of Information Devices and Systems (part-time) at UC Berkeley’s College of Engineering, Berkeley. From August 2019 to December 2019, Art worked as a project intern at the social welfare campaign Smart Village Movement in Berkeley. He then worked at Cal Hacks, where he built an application that detected American Sign Language (ASL) gestures in a live video stream and translated them to English text in real time. After almost eight months there, he joined the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, as a project manager. From February 2020 to May 2020, Artie joined UCSF Medical Center, San Francisco Bay Area as an undergraduate student researcher. There he developed a semantic segmentation model on the Stanford EchoNet Dynamic database. From August 2020 to December 2020, he joined the Fung Fellowship at UC Berkeley as a Health and Technology Fellow. In May 2020, he joined the private firm FakeNetAI as a deep learning engineering intern in Berkeley and worked there for almost a year. In 2021, Art worked as an undergraduate researcher at the Berkeley RISE Lab and the UC Berkeley College of Engineering in Berkeley. He started working as a software engineer intern at DeepMap, Inc., a privately held firm in Palo Alto, California in June 2021. Art joined Net Impact Berkeley, California as an Associate Consultant in 2019. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2020.

He was later promoted to Senior Advisor and then VP of Associate Development and then President there. In May 2022, he left his job there, and in October 2022 he started working for Tesla in Austin, Texas as a project engineer.
