- It was a time when Govinda was a struggling actor in the industry. He often visited the house of his uncle Anand Singh (film director). During one of these visits, he happened to meet Sunita, who was Anand Singh’s daughter-in-law.
- Sunita and Govinda often fought because of their differences in personality and views. After a year of knowing each other, the two started dating. Soon Govinda’s mother found out about their relationship and advised them to get married.
