Kate is not a bad man and I am not a bad girl either. We just moved.

In an interview, talking about his restaurant, Samyukta said:
Now I have this place Tsubaki, which is a Japanese-Korean restaurant. It is in Worli. The concept came about because our partners are actually friends of my mom’s and dad’s family. One of the unique things about Tsubaki is that half of our menu is vegetarian and we also have a Jain menu. Now we are five partners who have started Tsubaki and we hope to be able to open many more branches all over India.

In 2015, Samyukta’s ex-husband, Keith, participated in the television reality show Bigg Boss season 9 along with his girlfriend, Rochelle Rao. According to reports, Samyukta Singh has been approached by the makers of Big Boss to participate in the show as a wild card contestant. After the media reported about Samyukta’s involvement, she started receiving calls from random unknown numbers threatening her not to enter the house. The caller claimed that his marriage with Keith was not legal and he was asked to visit the Bandra matrimonial court regarding the same. In the interview, he talked about the incident and said:
I blocked this number because my family advised me that they are trying to destroy my mind. They were random numbers, sometimes they were strangers and threatened me not to enter BB house. I told the caller the last time he called that I was going to the cops but not because my brother and friend (Prem Soni) advised me to just block the numbers as it was a clear case of harassment.
