Film
Pavani Reddy began her career as a model at the age of 21. She made her debut in the Bollywood film ‘Login’ (2012) in which she played the role of ‘Seema.’ She then appeared in Tamil and Telegu films including ‘Amrutham Chandamamalo’ (2013), ‘Vijram’ (2015), ‘Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva’ (2017), ‘465’ (2017), ‘Premaku Raincheck’ (2018), ‘July Kaatril’ (2019), ‘Senapathi’ (2021), ‘Malli Modalaindi’ (2022), and ‘Thunivu’ (2023).

She made her television debut with the television daily soap ‘Neneu Aayana Aruguru Athalalu’ in 2014. She then played the role of ‘Vennilla’ in the serial ‘Rettai Vaal Kuruvi’ (2015).
