Zille Shah Father is Lizaquat Ali, while his mother’s identity has not been shared with the tabloids. However, his parents are devasted by their son’s death. 

Following Zille’s death, both his Father and mother have talked with the media. His mother has accused Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf of being responsible for his son’s death.

She said that PTI had informed her husband of all the details of her son’s death within 15 minutes. In an interview, Zille’s mother reportedly claimed that her son was killed with premeditated plotting because it only took PTI 15 minutes to find all of her son’s biodata, which is impossible.

While talking about her son, she went on to say that she wants Imran Khan to give her son back as he was his huge supporter. 

On the other hand, Zille’s Father has also said something about his son’s passing. Zille was killed after being hit by their vehicle. The investigating officer said the suspects’ custody was required to complete the investigation.

PTI Worker Zille Shah Death Cause Explored

On March 8, 2023, Zille Shah was abducted by the Police of Punjab, Pakistan, controlled by CCPO-Lahore, IG Bilal Siddique Kamyanay.

It is reported that Zille was opposed to state terrorism by the administration of Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi. Reportedly, Zille was brutally tortured by the Police during custody.

Due to multiple brutal tortures, Shah died on the same day. After that, his dead body was dropped on a bridge in Lahore, potentially by Police. The incident was discovered by a black Toyota Vigo driver who escorted the body to a hospital, hoping that Shah would survive.

An FIR was filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act and the Pakistan Penal Code. According to a post-mortem examination, Bilal took his last breath from excessive bleeding caused by severe torture.

Punjab interim Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that Zille Shah was killed in a car accident. Meanwhile, the Interim chief minister rejected the PTI’s claim that its worker was killed in Police custody.
