Siddharth Dhanda was born on Saturday, 22 October 1994 (age 29 years; as of 2023) in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. His zodiac sign is Libra.
He studied up to the 9th class at Saraswati Modern School, Ludhiana, and senior secondary education at Bahadur Chand Model Public School, Shastri Nagar, Ludhiana. When Siddharth was 12 years old, he began participating in theatre plays organised by his school and realised that he was good at acting while doing a school play called ‘Report Card.’ His teachers liked his performance a lot, and this motivation encouraged him to pursue acting as a career. After that, Siddharth Dhanda joined other cultural activities at school to get better at acting. Siddharth once received the chance to go to the UAE for a youth festival, where he won three prizes for acting and dancing. After completing his school education, in 2010, Siddharth Dhanda moved to Mumbai from Punjab to pursue his dream of becoming an actor.

In 2011, Siddharth Dhanda made his acting debut with the television show “Chandragupta Maurya” on NDTV Imagine.
In 2012, he appeared in the television show titled “Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek – Arjun” on Star Plus. After that, he worked in several other shows like Savdhan India (2012), Everest (2014-2015) (directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar), Love by Chance (2014-2015), and two episodes of “Gumrah End of Innocence” (2015-2016).
Siddharth Dhanda appeared in thirty episodes of the television series “Crime Patrol” from 2013 to 2023, which was aired on Sony Entertainment Television.
In 2017, he appeared in two episodes of the television series “C.I.D.” on the same channel. He gained recognition in 2018 for portraying the negative role of Aahir Rane in the television serial “Tujhse Hai Raabta,” which was aired on Zee TV.
In 2021, Siddharth Dhanda played the role of Mitwa in the television serial “Mitwa,” which was aired on Zee Ganga. I came from Punjab to become an actor in 2013 and since then I have been doing television shows. Chandragupta Morya was my first TV show for which we shot in Gujarat and that felt like an acting school for me where I learnt a lot. I never went to a formal acting school and I have learnt about acting on the job.”
- Siddharth Dhanda once shared in a media conversation that his favourite actors were Manoj Bajpayee, Pankaj Tripathi, and the late Irrfan Khan. He said,
I wish to work with Mr. Manoj Bajpayee once I jump in OTT also with Mr. Pankaj Tripathi. Actually my favourite was and is Late Mr. Irrfan Khan, the command he has over his language was commendable. But in Television industry definitely, Sehban Azim.”
