Nitha made her acting debut in the 2012 Malayalam film “Matinee,” in which she portrayed the part of “Latha.”

In 2017, she appeared in the film ‘Achayans,’ in which she played the role of ‘Pragya’s mother,’ followed by the film ‘Pullikkaran Staraa,’ in which she played ‘Teacher Deepa.’ She played the role of a school teacher in a 2019 film called ‘Mikhael.’ In 2021, Nitha made her appearance in four back-to-back films including Cold Case, Ente Narayanikku, Star, and The Priest. In 2022, she appeared in the film Varaal, in which she portrayed the role of ‘Lathika.’
