Anu Kumari is a 31 years old (born 18 November 1986) a girl from Sonepat, Haryana. After passing the UPSC Civil Services exam, she has become a source of inspiration for all IAS aspirants. Although she was the second best among the IAS best, she was the first among the candidates. Despite being a working woman, wife and mother, she got out of all roles and prepared for the UPSC Civil Services exam, staying alone at her maternal aunt’s house.

Aside from intelligence, she is also cute and handsome, she is about 5’3” tall and weighs about 50kg. She has dark brown eyes and black hair.

He belongs to a Hindu-jat family. His father’s name is Baljit Singh and his mother’s name is Santro Devi. She has a younger sister and 2 brothers.

Career
Anu studied at Shiva Shiksha Sadan, Sonepat. She did her graduation in B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics from Hindu College, University of Delhi and after that, she completed her MBA from IMT, Nagpur. She began her career at Aviva Life Insurance where she had 9 years of experience. In 2016, she left her job to prepare for the UPSC Civil Services exam.

- He passed the UPSC Civil Services exam on his second attempt.
- He took his first attempt in 2016 and the only reason for taking the test was to understand the pattern. Unfortunately, she missed out on the prelims by just 1 point.
- His older brother filled out his first UPSC Civil Services exam form without Anu’s consent.
- She prepared for her UPSC Civil Services exam at her maternal aunt’s house and sacrificed her personal life by sending her 4-year-old son to her mother’s house for a year and a half.
