The victim was discovered inside the automobile with a gunshot wound to the head, according to police. The victim has been named as 29-year-old Alexis Wesley by the Medical Examiner’s Office.

When she arrived at Loyola Medical Center, she was declared dead. The person of interest is being talked to, according to the detectives.
