Sam Ke Ting Arrest and Charge: Case Update
Sam ke Ting was charged with six years in prison punishment by the Johor Bahru High Court on April 13. Further, she was charged with the deaths of eight youths.
Similarly, she was fined 6,000 (approximately S$1,934). As per the sources, if she does not pay the fine, she should have served more than six months in prison.
Along with that, Sam also had her driving license canceled for three years after her release. Similarly, Sam’s lawyers also revealed that they would be whetting an appeal against the charge.

Additionally, Sam was represented by a team of lawyers, like Datuk Hisyam Teh Poh Teik and Harvinderjit Singh. And deputy public prosecutors Tengku Amir Zaki Abdul Rahman and Muhamad Syafiq Mohd Ghazali were present for the prosecution.
Outside of that, Sam showed guilt for what she did and also apologized to their parents. Similarly, she expressed, “I will carry this feeling (of guilt) to the grave.”
