Association and rivalry with Neitu Daboda

Neerai rose to fame after falling out with her sometime partner in crime, Surendra Malik, Neetu Daboda. When Neeraj was still new to extortion, Neetu was a well-established name in the world of crime. They joined hands at one point and over the years carried out robberies, murders and extortions together. In 2011, they were joined by Ajay alias Sonu Pandit, a resident of Tatesar village in Delhi. Gradually Pandit became very close to Neeraj and this became the reason for separation between Neeraj and Neetu. Neetu felt that Sonu is turning Neeraj against her and the duo could kill her. In 2012, Neetu kidnapped Sonu and brutally killed him. The incident led to a rift between Neeraj and Neetu. Bawana broke away from Neetu and formed his own gang. Since then there have been many gang wars between these two gangs. Many people were killed in the conflict between these gangs. Daboda later lost his life in an encounter with the Delhi Police Special Cell, but the gang rivalry continued.
