To detail, Elaine’s abandoned car was discovered on the 26000 block of Pacific Coast Highway, situated just south of Corral Canyon Road in Malibu.
The vehicle’s doors were unlocked, the keys were still in the ignition with the engine “ON,” and the battery was dead.
All of Elaine’s belongings were found inside the car, including cash, her ID, and her laptop.
Unfortunately, the investigation has faced challenges. The police returned Elaine’s items to the family without collecting fingerprints or DNA swabs.
